Harris 2025-2026 Employee of the Year: Tiffany Randall

Tiffany Randall has been a dedicated member of the Harris Elementary campus for many years, during which she has made a lasting impact on countless students and built strong, meaningful relationships with families. We are proud to nominate Tiffany for Employee of the Year. She is an exceptional kindergarten teacher who consistently goes above and beyond to support her students, bringing patience, care, and genuine dedication into her classroom each day. Tiffany creates a nurturing environment where every child feels safe, valued, and respected, and she approaches each day as a fresh start for her students.

What truly distinguishes Tiffany is her unwavering commitment to meeting the needs of her students both academically and emotionally. She thoughtfully plans meaningful classroom activities and special experiences that make learning memorable. Her compassion, intentionality, and passion for teaching make her an invaluable member of the Harris Elementary community and well deserving of this recognition.

Mrs. Randall will be honored as Harris Employee of the Year on Thursday, April 2nd, at a special Gilbert Public Schools evening event.
