Subject or Grade:

As a special education resource teacher I get the opportunity to work with numerous students at different grade levels.
I have been teaching special education for almost 20 years in the Gilbert School District. I have taught in a self contained environment and in the resource setting.
Your child's success is of utmost importance to me. I believe in educating the "whole child."  Behavior, character, and academics are all important aspects of a child's life and need to work in balance with each other.

About Me

My husband and I live in Gilbert. We have two sons, two daughters-in-law, and four grandchildren.
I enjoy reading, spending time with family, taking trips to Sedona, and visiting my family back in Illinois.
I graduated from Arizona State University with my bachelor's degree in special education and from Northern Arizona University with my master's degree in elementary education.
I enjoy watching my favorite sports teams. Go Devils, Fighting Illini, Arizona Cardinals, Arizona Diamondbacks, Cubs, and Green Bay Packers!
